Relocated coils and sensors under tank.

Removed Right side airbox.

4 x Iridium NGK plugs.
300 rear wheel. Avon viper tyre.
Spondon swingarm.
Widened and shortened stock rear fender.
Motrax Foxeye led rear light.
GSXR rear disc.
R1 rear caliper.
20mm wider Roadstar front pulley.
Wider nylon belt rollers.
133 tooth Gates belt.
Spaced pulley cover with 21mm alu plate.
Relocated rear brake reservoir behind exhaust.
Relocated front horn and rectifier into chin fairing.
Goodridge in-line rear brake light pressure switch.
Moved brake return spring and removed switch and horn brackets.
Ram396 lowering kit.
Electropod blue led running lights.
Removed turn signals.
Blacked out fuel filler cap assembly.
Machined 3mm from rear pulley for better belt alignment.
Modded seat to fit profile of wider rear fender.
Replaced V&H bigshots with Bubs Jughuggers.
Moved idle adjuster to right side of top frame rail.
Fitted Bucky685 dummy intake stacks.

49 tooth Drag Specialties 6mm dished zinc coated rear painted black.
8mm alloy spacer for rear sprocket.
530 x 114 DID X-ring gold chain.
Modified upper belt guard to fit chain set-up.
Replaced CP1120 bars with Big Johnson bars, internally wired.
Pro-1 ball milled chrome 4 inch risers.
+ 4 inches over Venhill engineering clutch and throttle cables.
Yamaha Faux Ostrich rider and passenger seats.
MC Enterprises backrest.
Mini bullet ball milled turn signals.
Bucky685 passenger footpeg relocation brackets.
Kappa KA200 fly screen with DIY brackets.

Fitted V&H Bigshots with quiet baffles.
Completed left side clean-up. Inc: FPR relocate, engine mount mod and Colder dry break.
Painted chrome turn signals black.
Fitted CP1120 black bars - internally wired.
Used stock throttle and clutch cables plus goodridge braided brake line. (single line set-up).
Rear fender shortened by 100mm.
Motrax Foxeye LED rear light.
Chequered flags custom paint added to the tank and both fenders by Gav ...(G's custom designs).
Fitted higher front footrest mounts from 2002/02 model year.
Modified speedo mounting bracket to angle speedo closer for better view.
Modified Bucky's passenger footrest bracket on right side - to clear Bigshots.
Removed existing turn signals - replaced with billet aluminium LED bullet turn signals.

Chrome neutral switch cover.
Chrome front pulley cover.
Returned to rear belt drive set-up.
Modified pre '05 pulley center adaptor plate to fit >'06 pulley assembley.
Chrome kitchen sink blanking plugs used to fill swingarm pivot access holes.
Forcewinder style chrome air intake fitted to R/H side - replacing Buckys stacks.
Replaced stock horns with Stebel Magnum twins... left side in stock position, front horn in the
relocated position inside the lower cowl.
Aluminium passenger footrest relocation brackets made - replacing Buckys plates.
