I have been unable to post comments to threads. It appears to send but never shows up anywhere. Is it possibly something with my settings?

I wonder if you can help out with a log in probem that Attila has. He has been trying for a few months to communicate with the site tech guys to get a new password for 'Attila'. So far he hasn't managed to get any replies at all.

I also usead the site contact form on his behalf a couple of weeks ago but once again, no reply.

He just can't get onto the site no matter what he does. His details are:
