Hey Mark so I went with the cobra swept, removed 4 inches of baffles and opened each baffle hole by 1/16. Love them. I stopped being a cheap ass ad had Sin On Tin do a custom paint job, what do u think?
Hey Mark. I know i don't need V&H to clean and oil.Just looking to upgrade... just did the license plate mod today. drilled holes in my rear fender and mounted LED turn signals further towards passenger seat. too dark to take a picture my phone was dead I'll show some pics maybe tomorrow...
hey Mark I assume it's mark this is Ron thanks for the info on the air filter. it's not a K&N it only cost 120 bucks on Amazon. I plan on the k&N next season. you wouldn't happen to have any sound clips for Vance and Hines Big Radius 2 into 2 for warrior do you? I only heard 1 in he was in a gymnasium not outside...
It is glued in or on but I used a screw driver and just pushed it in towards the mouth of the opening and it came out pretty easy. I actually think/feel a bit more HP from it directing air up under the tank to the VBAK filters!
Really like it! It also made more knee room on the right side but be mindful of the heads since I fried my knee on mine!
just wondering i am looking at one of these air cone intakes was it hard to separate the stock coffin from the hard rubber neck at the top mine seems to be glued from factory did not take it off yet how did you do yours thanks for now Ray..
Oh it is yours! It has blue 102 numbers that you painted in and it had the bell under it! It did need a new tank, rear fender etc, but not the bars. They were reasonable and or the guy who fixed it up for me did some magic. You had a BAK on it that was not on it when I got it but the home made gas cap/nipple you made for the AIS block off thing was on there. It definately is your old bike!!!
