    R1Warrior28,
Thanks man! I actually ended up getting a Gitup Git2 and a ton of accessories. I got an external mic that will plug into the camera. I'll have to drill a small hole in the case but oh well. I too plan on mounting it on the chin. Then running the mic to the inside of the helmet. Hopefully that will suffice so I don't have to try and synch anything. Hopefully it'll work as I envision. We'll see!

Hey MMFB. I was told that you wanted to know what I use for motovlogging. I use a GoPro Hero 4 session camera mounted to the chin of my helmet. For the audio, I use an external microphone plugged into my iphone. You can use any audio recording app. The most important part is finding a good location to put the microphone inside the helmet. Most people do it inside the cheek pad. I would not recommend the microphone that I use, Olympus ME52 I believe. You'd be better off searching for a better mic online. Let me know if you have any more questions about it. Hopefully I'm able to respond quicker.
Also, since the video and audio are recorded separately, you have to sync them in post production. What I do is once I'm recording on both devices, I do a count down and I clap or something at the end. Then when I go to the editing software, I match up the timing of the audio and the video.
Or you could get a camera with a microphone adapter so you can plug the microphone directly to the camera.

The pipes are just bolted at the motor. With as short as they are I have not had any problems so far. I am working with a fab shop here in town to do some custome pipes then wrap them and have chrome tips and heat shields.

    Hey M!
I purchased 1 50' x 2" roll. You'll soak the roll in a pale of water, and stretch while wrapping. It makes a total friggin mess so do it somewhere like the basement or garage. You'll need to be able to secure the pipes while wrapping. It will take 2 hands to do it good and tight. I did purchase tips. Check out my "my bike stuff" gallery, you'll see the tips I purchased and cut to length. Purchased them at a local automotive supply shop. Just happened to be Advance Auto for me. lemme know if you have any questions.
