These measurements are from the Popular Mods thread:
-Handlebars - Stock - 2002-2003: 11-1/2" pullback, 34" wide, 6" rise
-Handlebars - Stock - 2004-2010: 13" pullback, 34" wide, 5-1/2" rise
-Handlebars - Yamaha TT - 2002-2010: 10-1/2" pullback, 34-1/4" wide, 6-1/2" rise.
So on paper, the Yamaha TT bars have less pull back than the stock bars. But to me they feel the same or better because other than the look, I was also looking for better reach.
The Yamaha TT bars and 1.5"risers installation was a winter mod and I haven't ridden with this new set-up yet as it is still quite cold and we're also expecting snow!
I got the 1.5 inch riser extensions idea from Cruzader66. They are supposed to add a little rise and pullback so hopefully I get what I was looking for. Riding will be the only real test for my new set-up, hope this helps.
