Default GDs Custom Graffeo Exhaust Build

whats up brothers and sisters,

Now since the 110 big bore kit is installed and in the break in process, the last piece of the build is my handmade Graffeo 2-1 exhaust.

It is basically a 304 Stainless Steel exhaust. Graffeo has his own proprietary baffles in it and it will be stepped too (different diameters in differen spots of the exhaust)

He is a very talented exhaust builder out of Texas and I am very excited to put this ART on my bike.

But in order to get one of these I had to overcome a big obstacle. Since he doesnt have a warrior bike in his shop and i had trouble finding someone who would drop his bike off to use it as a template, i decided to strip my parts bike down to the frame and engine and ship it to texas.

Since this is done, we decided that he can keep the Frame and engine of the parts warrior so he can make custom graffeo exhaust for every warrior owner in the world.

I will keep this thread updated with the process of the build. Lets start from the very beginning, ill also include some pipes he made for harleys and victories so you guys know how talented this man is!

your boy

So you guys might wonder how my own pipe is going to look like.

So here are 4 pictures. The long 2-1 pipe on the red harley davidson is his "powerhouse pipe" thats his best performing pipe.

I already love the way it looks, however, i requested a change. I wanted it to be about 3-4 inches shorter and a different tip on the end of the muffler.

So i found a pipe of his on a sportster, its a short pipe but has exactly the tip that i want to have on his powerhouse pipe.

Once i found it, i photoshopped the pipe and new tip into my own motorcycle.

let me know how you like it
