If *I* had $3K to blow then I'd go trade my gsx-r in on a new v-max and would probably be able to almost pay it off on the spot between the trade-in and the $3K.... I hope.

But here in MN we only get really about 4-5 months TOPS of riding weather.

I would do a chrome 240 or 260 kit.Makes a big difference in the look. Wait I did a chrome 240 kit when I had a couple extra grad.Never regretted it once.
