Default Speedstar cams vs Patrick Racing cams

After being without my warrior for a couple of years and having her back again, I took her to get re-tuned. My build has a PR 110 kit with speedstar cams and she's making 100 hp and 119 ft-lbs. The guy who did my tune has me wanting to splurge on some PR cams to get rid of the dead spot I have in the middle of my rev range. Anyone else with speedstar cams have this problem?

What kind of dead spot?

How does she run?

I personally would probably invest in a timing control unit to play with the timing curve.

He's adjusted the timing a bit on the power commander. I'll post a pic of the dyno chart when I get them.
