Default Tach buttons (Select/Reset)

I'm curious if anyone out there knows how to get these buttons out of the tach assembly cover?

Ya. Remove the silver portion of the button itself from the top. Then pull the black rubber boot out from the bottom. Very simple. Just pry lightly and evenly around the sides with a small screwdriver and you'll be fine. and don't forget which side goes to which function!
