The conversion math: (8/32" = 1/4")
5.5mm = 0.218800" which is less than 8/32"
6.0mm = 0.236220" which is less than 8/32".
6.3mm = 0.248031" which is just under 8/32".
6.5mm = 0.255905" which is just over 8/32".
6.8mm = 0.267716" which is more than 8/32".

Why?
Tire manufacturers indicate minimum tread
depth in 32nd's of an inch, or in millimeters.

Can we get some 190 tire sizes in that list as well? Probably have to get some of the guys to chime in with what they are running.

arizonawarrior 07-28-2011 07:12 PM

Good idea. Plus the stock Dunlop is 194mm so not far off 190mm.
What 190's are good? Maybe you can post 'em in the same format.
If you guys come up with more rear tires it'll be just that much handier!

robriguez 07-28-2011 07:19 PM

I posted the 2 I have used so far.
