Meech give a lil more info.
Did you just buy it?
What mods does it have?
Does it turn over?
Have you checked for codes?
Does it smell like gas?

The white smoke, if thin, could be a buildup of water in the exhaust. If thick, it could be motor oil. But usually the motor needs to be running, sometimes even warm, for it to occur.

Suggest you pull the tank and inspect.

Make sure you have spark and the fuel pump primes with the key on. If it does then i would be looking for an electrical problem.
