Default Gas cap

Looking to replace my gas cap and was told that aftermarket gas caps for the r1 will fit in the warrior. Is this true? Has anyone done this? Looking for a keyless option

Lots of guys through the years have swapped the gas cap.

Have a look through posts here for more info. https://www.google.com/search?query=...hms-tmobile-us

You'll find a bunch on ebay

Update*****after doing research, ended up going with a keyless r1 gas cap. The solution is you have to drill and tap a 8mm hole in the 12 oclock position. Fairly easy depending on your fabrication abilities.

If you get the cap with 5 screw holes, you can just put a dummy screw in the 12:00 position with no drilling. I've had mine for several years with no troubles.
