I've gone through a few Bluetooth devices since I got my Breakout and this seems to be the best so far. I can only speak of functions I've used, as far as music, which is why I got it in the first place, it rocks, the speakers are loud and clear, the volume adjusts easily by rotating the wheel / dial, making and receiving calls is also easy and I've had full on conversations at 85mph with impressive clarity, couldn't really hear at 100. Voice texting is accurate but you can't see the response unless the phone is bar mounted, mine is not. It has the ability to connect to multiple riders for group conversation while riding but I've never used that function, also FM stereo which I also never used. All in all I dig it so far, I've had it for 5 months now with no complaints.Click image for larger version

So it works well with that 3/4 helmet? Which helmet is that?

That's a Bilt modular helmet, I just have it open to show the low profile microphone.

I did a lot of research and reading up on 30 vs 20... ultimately the 20s evo has the best reliability, best quality, and best reviews. 30k is cool for the "features" it has. But in the end, some of the features are ones that are useless and waste of battery.

I, along with a my girlfriend and a couple of other friends, have been running the SMH10 for a few years now. I use it for music, voice directions, and talking with others in my group, up to 4. It has performed flawlessly. The only reason I would consider "upgrading" would be so that I can use the app. Other than that, I have zero complaints.

honestly it is great especially for phone calls on the go. when i was 24/7 on call, it was nice so i didn't make it all the way home then have to turn back around. if you can find others that will connect with you on rides, it is very nice to use. especially if you are riding with newer riders that don't know a lot of the common road signals, like cop ahead, slow down, debris in road, etc.
