The key question you have to ask yourself is whether you want/need it to be functional. If you have a BAK (Big air Kit), and you should, you really should, lol, then it will only be cosmetic.

If you are still running the coffin under the tank and the shield on the side, then you want to make sure your cone come with a snorkle that will fit into the coffin under the tank. IMO, thats when quality, fit, and finish really count.

I thought the actual filter was fine - although it was all cosmetic for me.
It was a different seller, but looking at the black one in 4UTNV's post, I would say its the same one.
Both the chrome and the black ones here are the same seller.
Have a trawl through ebay because the one I got was free worldwide shipping.
They will all be produced in the same factory anyway - I reckon.

Here's a chrome one.
Chrome Spike Air Cleaner Intake Filter For Yamaha Warrior 2002-2009 | eBay

I can't see a black Warrior one, but they have black Harley ones - so It might be worth asking.

Do we have to call it cosmetic if it's chrome...some of us can never have enough chrome...I have the same one, but it's functional, everyone else thinks the bike is Mean looking with the cone/spike. Some even told me it looks dangerous, so that's purpose enough for me.
