Removing the wheels isn't particularly hard, but then you still need to remove the bearings & tires before they can be powdercoated. Careful with powdercoating the master cylinder... You will need a rebuild kit after removing the seals, and any powder in the cylinder bore will cause big problems. The speedo trim ring is really delicate to remove too, there are some posts about that.
I would coat the handlebars, unless you've internally wired them. Also might as well powdercoat the pulley and cush drive assembly when they're removed. Could coat the brake calipers, if that's your thing. Should look sweet when you get it all done!
