Hi Konrad, welcome from Upstate NY! I'm not sure if it's good or bad for beginners, it's definitely a big bike but I would think if you've ever ridden anything before you should be good.

welcome to the forum and remember the search function is your friend. also check out the gremlin link in my signature block

I would say that the Warrior is not the best of beginners bikes. It is powerful and if you are not used to riding a big bike or any kind of bike it can easily throw you off. If you have an opportunity to purchase a warrior for a good price I would jump on it however if you are just learning to ride get something small to learn on. The Warrior is no longer in production. If you drop it while learning to ride you could damage some parts that are hard to find or are expensive. best to learn on a smaller bike and then move up once ready.

Great bike for beginners........bought one for my 5 year old daughter as her first bike.

I started off on a Kawasaki Mean Streak, which is also a muscle cruiser, and I did just fine. To add to that, if you respect the power the bike has an really take your time to learn how to ride it in parking lots and side streets before venturing out onto high speed areas you should be fine. Just remember, just because the motorcycle has the power, doesn't mean you have to use it all.
