I chime in anytime forward controls come into the conversation. don't do it man. the controls look awesome and are comfortable but you lose a lot of your braking. im not sure why but it has something to do with the bore size. you will be a lot better off buying an extension kit for your stock controls. they will be just as comfortable but you will have all of your brakes. not to mention they are hundreds of dollars cheaper.

You definitely lose a lot of your rear brake, I've been riding with elite forward controls for years and after upgrading to s.s front brake lines the fronts work so good at stopping you won't even use the rear brakes.

I can lock up my rear with supreme legends forward controls, no problem. I have to press harder than stock, that’s for sure.
