Or just do what Alan showed. But be warned the pulley is made of some hard a$$ metal that will embarrass all but the best machinists.

Like the others have said you have to knock down the lip and a little bit of material behind the lip to get the pulley to clear. And yes these pullies are made from a good stock of steel so get ready for some work if you plan on doing it yourself.

And yes Holland Machinery Co. t-shirts are available.
