    Hi Midnight Ray, The air filter goes into the stock air box. I had never problems in the rain with this air filter. I'm using always a cover for the filter. Maybe therefor.

    did you spray the whole can first and then add the web after or did you just brush on the web to cover the scratches?

    thanks for the info. I have two vcans of krinkle coat that i have had for a while as I was going to redo my harley cylinders with them but sold the harley before doing it. My friend who builds custom bikes from the ground up uses this stuff on the cylinders of the motor and it is very resistant so i thought I would try it on the spyder exhaust canb but that web on yours is super cool and got me thinking of maybe trying that. your daughter did a bang up job - talk later

    so give me some more details on what paint and colour you used on your exhaust. my spyder exhaust has a few scratches and I was thinking or repainting and was even thinking of doing a krinkle coat but that web on yours would be really cool

    Sorry, just saw wasn't glued, but it was very stiff. I took the gas tank off and I was able toget better access/leverage

    Sorry no pics yet. I just got the bike. Its the the same as yours only bone stock. I have big shots and a tuner on order. Im trying to figure out what pegs to get. Have you replaced yours yet?

    I replaced the coffin once before I got the cone. I do remember having to separate the glue but it was fairly simple i think i used a flat head screw driver, it helped that the glue was a bit old. And of course take your time, so you dont damage the rubber. After that I just made sure it seated right when I put it back on. Have fun and good luck. John
