Hello, thanks for the heads up about NC cruzers, I am out of town for a couple of weekends but plan to make some of these trips in the future. I don't see to many warriors around! I will meet up down the line, thanks for the tip-stay safe!

Welcome back to the warrior fold. I currently have a V&H powermdule with custom mapp, V&H 2-1 and a Churchkey VBAK. This makes quite a difference and is enough for me. Next tires, leaning towards either a set of Battleax or Michelin or Avon. Lost os curves here isw Socal.

    Yeah about the H-D V-Rod

I owned a Warrior...and then "upgraded" to the V-Rod. 2 Weeks ago I fixed that mistake and bought a new Warrior lol.

The V-Rod just does not eat up corners like a Warrior. The V-Rod does have nice top-end power, but I like the Warrior's nice flat Torque curve. More usable power.

Also for the price of a V-Rod Screaming Eagle even can buy a brand new Warrior and put the 110 cu build on it AND go full speedstar stage IV on it. Not sure you can do both though. But you would have enough money left over to do that IF ya wanted to lol.

Plus within 2 months of owning that was in the shop for 3.5 weeks in the middle of summer at the tune of $500 getting something stupid fixed...there was ALWAYS something going wrong on that bike...

OK, we have all seen all or one of the following.

- The person who bicycles his motorcycle in a parking lot instead of putting his feet on the pegs and riding at slow speeds.

- The person who rides smack in the middle of the lane with the car and transmission oil right under the tire.

- The person who is doing the turtle while riding. Head straight and neck withdrawn and clenched, holding onto the bars for all he is worth, never moving his upper or lower...

I went riding the other day with a few really good guys.

On a personal level, they are laid back, easy going, friendly and decent people. People who you like to hang with. People who are what I call riders.

Not jokers who live an image, kind of. Or, people who push limits to show off to others, wheelies, burnouts and other lower rider evolution crap.

Just good guys. Ride, coffee, chat about bikes, ride, lunch, talk about bikes, stuff that puts you in a...

I need to vent on how some of our brothers are so full of crap on safety.

How ofthen do we blame cagers when the real statistics show that the vast majority, 85%, of death and serious injury are caused by bikers loosing control or using bad judgment or alcohol or all three at once.

Or, I ride with a beanie and a tee shirt because I am free. No, you are an idiot who lives in a free society. You are free to be an idiot but why be proud of that?

Or, I just...
