    went on a blisteringly cold ride down to south ga. a few weeks ago to visit family....got a late start coming back and didn't get in till after midnight, at that point it was in the low thirties !! bbrrrrr.....but....the weather is gettin to where we can get together and go for a run up to Blood Mtn....

    It wasn't too bad removing it, there's a lot of people that will tell you to use wd40 or other lubricants but what I used was liquid soap mixed with water and squirted it into the space between the grip and handlebar, slowly but surely after a bit of twisting it came off pretty easily. Then I just washed the inside of the grip and let it dry for a day or so. Then finally once it was dry I used hairspray to "glue" it back on (read somewhere that it would work and it did, perfectly )
