As I suspected, the mechanic has it the dyno sheet. Amazing what making our bike a "true" 1700 can do. Here is the response. The mechanic at Texas Yamaha South built the bike, all I have to do is go...

Glad you're ok. My '02 had a cracked dry break and I noticed a faint smell of gas on occassion and never payed any attention because I never noticed a sign of a leak. It finally got bad enough that...

This thing is like the raider forum and honestly after looking it over I thought theirs was the outdated one. But now that I'm posting so easily from my phone I might like it. The only things I've...

Re: Great Members List (post good dealings here)

+1 on bringing this point up. I don't think his posting should be ignored, even though the reactions to his crazy request could have been worded differently, he had the choice to take a different...

Re: warrior vs 2010 z28

That's awesome because I think that car is floating around 500hp. That setup is offered by some dealers along with a couple of other tuners.

Re: warrior vs 2010 z28

The only muscle car GM sells with a supercharger is the ZR-1. The Camaro SS and 2SS are naturally aspirated with 400 hp and 426 hp respectively. I might be wrong on the hp numbers and the 6 cylinder...

Re: Denso Iridium Power IX24 (4 each)

I put NGK's in two weeks ago at 15,000 miles. The original plugs all had the same even tan coloration but I noticed a difference at startup and to be honest the throttle response is better. The bike...

Re: House of TORQ Mythbusters!! (iridium plugs)

I replaced the original plugs on my '02 with NGK iridium plugs. Pretty sure the old plugs were original but really good even coloration on all four plugs. Surprisingly it was easier than I thought it...

Re: '02 Warrior need a drybreak for fuel tank

The $60 part that everyone is mentioning is only half of the dry break. Your lines look stock, the last owner probably had the faulty male dry break and rigged it. Go to your nearest yamaha dealer...

Re: Well, it finally happened!

I got 22 out of my aux tank the other day. Weird thing though, the last guy that owned it only had a single baffle in the samson shorties and I would get 120 plus before the fuel light came on....

Re: My seasons over

From my experience removing the tire and repairing with a patch is the safer way to go. If you don't set a plug properly it will blow out at speed and leave with a flat.

Re: Saddlebags?

If there's a cycle gear location close by go check them out. I bought dome roomy cortechs that you can also attach a big duffle to. They're adjustable and fit right under the seat so they're easy on...

Re: Borla Exhaust For RS Warrior?

I didn't write properly, my low end sucks horribly. Thanks for answering my question. Can't wait to get a good exhaust and looks like I'll wait to see what transpires here.
