first the Belt is missing about 15 or so teeth, looks like the front pully just ripped off all the teeth that were in it in one go.

Go internal with the motor if real power is what you want. High Compression 10.5/1 pistons, Cam, and head work and you can bump it over the 100+ HP mark easily.
