I have 2 jacks that I use.

A set of wood that are 2x8 with a pool to flip up on the bike or a scissor jack type that is handy as well.

Best bet is to take it to an upholstery shop and have them redo it for you. So a couple of layers of memory foam or add a gel pad inside. Tailor fit to your needs.

The wagon wheel I think is drilled into the pulley. I would have to drill and tap the pulley to accept your wagon wheel and bolts. It's possible

Re-torque after 50 miles but don't put the exhaust on so that it will never come off again. The exhaust has to come off for so many things.
