Carefully measured, marked, chopped, and fit everything until it was just how I wanted. Then tack-welded (spot welded), test rode, then welded off.

Custom made Harley "THUNDER HEADER" exhaust for WARRIOR

Budget built ($220), watching for stress fractures in welds for a while before header wrap, then chop down my BUB exhaust chrome heat shields. Header wrap down to collector joint.
