Hi all,

I got my Warrior 2nd hand when it had 1,600 miles on it.
The guy I got if from said it had the oil changed once (not sure why). Never said whether he took it in for a valve adjustment or anything else. I have just over 3,300 miles on it now and want to know if I should schedule a visit to Yamaha or just plan on changing the oil every 3,000 miles...
Is there a valve adjustment schedule, etc?

Mine's a 2005 model Warrior...

Thanks and God Bless,
Doc S

has hydraulic lifters so no reason to adjust the valves unless you are putting in new pushrods or cams. change the oil, change the drive case oil once a year or so, flush the brake fluid every couple of years and do basic maintenance like belt adjustment, air filters, tire pressure etc. and you will be good. There is an electronic copy of the service manual somewhere on here, it will have a service schedule in it.
