FWIW, I'm stunned, too. It's September, not November, and you're in TX, not AK or MN. I was just offered the grand sum of $3,300.00 trade on my perfect '06 Midnight, babied and just serviced, new tires, with tasteful mods out the ying-yang. I'll probably wind up just putting mine on consignment somewhere, as I don't want the headache of trying to sell it myself, but that offer was waaaay south of even KBB "good," and my bike (and yours, from the looks of it) fits the definition of KBB "excellent."
I really thought with trade at roughly $4k for KBB good, and $6k for retail of KBB good, you'd quickly get someone to snap up your fine specimen for a "good"-rated, split-the-difference deal on your bike in "excellent" condition.
How did these bikes go from $12k new, to the ultra-cool bike of the villain in the movie "Torque," to this lack of interest?
Good luck with selling it; your bike is beautiful.
