I've been a member for awhile now and this is sadly only my second post. So I guess it's my official intro to the site. I'm happy to say that I really like my latest mod. My new Hard Krome Sideburner exhaust. New custom map on Saturday will post results of dyno run hopefully. Wicked sounding 2 into 1 wit much better quality than my V&H Pro Pipe I had on before and even better than the Rinehart Flush Cuts I had on. Changed those looking for more power and cornering clearance the hard krome are mounted at an angle to allow for cornering clearance without hitting. This statement has not been fully tested yet. Couple days it will be though. [}/emoticons/emotion-1.gif] My latest cheap mod is the wire covers I got at Radio Shack to cover the wires runnnig to the bars. Really turned out nice and because they are stiffer I can route them nicely with no ties or anything.

Well let me officially welcome you to the site then. My brother has that same pipe on his VTX. Looks good and sounds much better than stock. Of course most any aftermarket pipe does.

Mod bug bit very hard. Unfortunately money bug bites harder. You know the one that limits how much you have. [/emoticons/emotion-6.gif!] Modified belt guard is next though so it's at least a small expenditure.

A forum member here just had his bike dyno'd with that pipe and was very disappointed in it.

Hey lagalaxy I saw that post before. Don't know why they were so dissappointed i got some nice numbers today. The first run is the initial run of the day. The one in red is the final run.Notice the 3 hp and 3 ft/lb gain at max is als0 reflected across the entire dyno run. For reference the Rinhearts were 79.5hp and 97ft/lbs so a significant gain in performance.
