i did the baron's ais-blockoff yesterday.
after removing the parts like the instructions said i also removed the bracket that holds ais and fuel pressure regulator. i fixed the fuelpressureregulator with a 90degree-piece of steel to the engine-mounting-bracket, added to 90degree-pieces of steel at the left and the right (making the holes direct to the front and the rear of the bike) and installed the cover of a xv1600 fuelpump by drilling two holes in it. very cheap solution. if i get another (straight) drybrake and relocate the fuelpressureregulator to a different position i can mount the cover 1 1/2 inches closer to the bike.
pictures in my gallery. if anybody has a hint how to relocate the fuelpressureregulator without doing the BAK please give me a PM!

I put my FPR in between the two frame tubes over the rear cylinder under the tank. Got the idea from BillH but I didn't make a bracket I just zip tied the hoses in place. Took the dry break out completely and the fuel line runs between the tank and the frame. This hides and cleans everything up pretty well. Later.

Although you can't get to his site directly, I believe you can get to bill1943's site through washington warrior's site. Bill1943 was an early contributor and the "mod king". He has specs for a homemade metal bracket just for the FPR. Personally, I just have mine tied to the frame with a zip tie.

Just completed AIS blockoff Baron kit. Took this moron only 3 1/2 hours. Outstanding instructions athttp://users.adelphia.net/~redhorse/ais_block_off_1of2.htm
Thank you Redhorse really appreciated!
Sheds 1 lb 10 oz of useless weight from bike.

Taking out toolkit sheds an additional 1 lb 13 oz. Have never had use while riding (altogether 200K plus miles over the years) for toolkit. Of course now I will need it the first time out.
