I noticed an ECU on eBay today. Its listed as 2009 and the engine number is P611E-0023002. I added it to the list in the OP. This is the highest engine number so far. This means there were at least 23,002 RSWarrior engines built as of 2009. The 2010 Canada models are in addition to this.

Here's the 'Engine Numbers' from either the ECU or the Engine case, separated by model year. Some
have been posted here, and some have been received from other confirmed sources.
I've also inserted this information into the Original Post (Permalink #1).
Lately I have been having a really hard time trying to adjust my clutch cable. Found it works perfect for initial 15 minutes then once the bike is hot it seems to stretch out and I have trouble with finding neutral at the light again.
I have adjusted it at least 6 times already. Signs I need...

Open end wrench (almost any size)
5mm Allen/hex wrench.
Torque wrench (preferably to read inch pounds but foot pounds will work)
Gasket scraper (a razor works)
Drip pan (optional)
So i have started my turbo project. Not much welding to do for header, couple of hours... Today i tested intercooler how it fits. I think it will look awesome when painted black :D

I usually ride to meet up friends in next town via backroards through 12-14 miles each way. That road is 45MPH speed limit and mostly folks go upto 50MPH without being spotted by Cops.
My question is will the RPM range of 1700-1800 be lugging the engine when I reach 5th gear at 50MPH and cruise...
Just wondering what seats are still available for our monsters as i'm currently looking for a solo seat.
I've only found Corbin seats still available new for our bikes and after a lot of searching lots of seats where it isn't clear whether they'll only fit the normal roadstar or ours...
