I am wondering if it would be possible to have a post in a thread that everyone has access too? It would be handy for say, a list of names, cell phone #'s, good guys list, etc... It would save having to look through an entire thread to compile a list. For example, in the Americade 2005 thread, DNGrumpy has made two lists, one of people who are attending Americade, and another with cell phone #'s. I am sure this is fairly time consuming due to having to edit a post everytime someone adds a name or number to the thread. Additionally, there are many multiple posts saying "yeas I am coming" and "here is my cell #". It would be easier if multiple people could access a given post, then they could just fill in their name and phone number, and voila instant list. I would think that this is technically feasible, but I do not know how the software works which powers the forum. Is that possible?

You just have to use the events calendar mentioned by Carknee...........I posted Americade for you Guys. Now, see if it works!
