Here it is on a bike.
Here it is on my ride too ;)
It's manufactured from a softer aluminum alloy sheet than the OEM belt guard and doesn't fair well from the impact of debris thrown up from the wheel and pulley belt and will develop pockmarks on the chrome.

You should honestly start taking off the chrome on your bike. I'm looking out for you. I could help you dispose of it here in Las Vegas. I'm here to help. Happy to give you perfect normal boring covers for all that shiny horrific stuff.
