I guess its time to officially say Hi! I have been watching this 4m and looking for a 2003 Warrior for a little over a year now. Well 2 weeks ago my Cuz and me threw his trailer on and took a ride to Ohio. 23 hours later I was the happiest guy this side of the. Mississippi. There are NO disappointments. Charlie has done most all the work for me. I have a couple things that kneed to be corrected. I want front turn signals. And to correct the problem with the decompression solenoid, after reading some of the posts I think I can correct both at the same time. Then to get a map on the PCIII It is loaded with all zeros!! I am sure I can get rid of some of the popping and get better performance with the right map. Any way “nuf bout me”. This RSW community seems to have a lot of very good people in it. I am looking forward to being a part of it.
OH I almost forgot I LOVE TO SCRAPE THE PEGS!! For the past 14 years I have been riding a V-Max. You have to muscle it around every corner. It just wants to go straight. But the Warrior eats up the twistys. The first time I scraped it was an accident Really!!
Thanks Joe

Joe,

That is just too funny...Definitely a small world...I actually looked at that bike before I bought the one I have now. Well...I didn't actually look at it up close and personal. I e-mailed the guy (I believe his name was Charlie Beaver...) who owned it and he sent me pictures of it. I saw it for sale on CycleTrader.com...It was actually the bike that I was really interested in getting, and was top on my list. Then by pure chance I saw the bike I own now and it was only 2-1/2 hours from where I lived, compared to the 7-1/2 hours I would have had to drive to Ohio. After I went and looked at the bike, it was love at first sight and I just knew it was the one for me.

I am glad that someone bought the bike in Ohio, though...I kind of figured someone would because, judging from the pictures it looked sweet. I definitely looked at a lot of bike before I got mine...I mean from Ohio, to N.Y., to GA, to N.C. even IL. til I found mine in Maryland.

Well...It's definitely a small world and it looks like you got one sweet bike. Welcome to the forums and congrats on your new ride!
