hello all! i've been riding an 2007 honda shadow for 1.5 months and i was already having fun with it but something was still missing. until i pulled up next to an 2004 warrior i just fell in love with the bike. so, i started doing my research and found this website. this website really gave me all the info i needed plus the pictures in the gallery really made me want to get one. my brother just started riding as well and offered to buy my shadow. so, perfect opportunity. my fiancee didn't like the idea but as they say "it's easier to ask for forgiveness than to get permission". so, yesterday i got my first warrior, the cobalt blue with the ghost flames. it had 0.9 miles on it less than 24 hrs after, it now has 55 miles i almost didnt go to work today because of that bike. my finacee got jealous this morning because as soon as i woke up, got some coffee and stood in my garage staring at my warrior. ive been getting compliments both from people on sport and cruiser bikes. please let me know if there is anything i should know about my big boy and also let me know what kind of stuff do you guys recommend i should get for it. your response is much appreciated. can't wait to get off work and ride my new toy!

Welcome.. The Warrior is a awesome bike. So far I have resisted the mod bug, but only because of funds! [/emoticons/emotion-6.gif] It's been hard, as they say, resistence is futile..[}/emoticons/emotion-1.gif]

Welcome Warrior Brother. You are wise beyond your years for choosing the Warrior. Gallery says your 13. If I read your post correctly you are a new rider. If you have not taken the MSF class do so. If you have never mind. As far advice goes, do as much of your own maintenance as possible. Down load the manuals "see link"

Welcome and Congrats on your purchase. When I got mine, I did no work the first day. I kept taking people out to the parking lot to show it off. Then I left work early. Took the loooooooooog way home. 150 miles and 3 states I think. 15 miles in my truck, you figure.

Enjoy! Enjoy! Enjoy! Enjoy!

Welcome! Great choice on the year and color, some will argue but it is the best looking and the fastest! I was born and raised in the SFV, great area and a lot of great riding. When I first found this web site I read every thread and checked out every gallery, only took about six months!
