On the hunt for a passenger backrest with rear luggage rack if anyone has one they’re not using. Thanks in advance.
I bought this for my '07 along with the luggage rack which goes for another $130-$170. I chose it because it's well made and very solid plus, being short, fits the look of the bike. I don't carry passengers often and wanted it more for strapping luggage to. Cobra makes two other versions- a medium and taller height that look identical however they don't show as an exact fit for the Warrior but I suspect the sissy bar is standard across the three variations with differing mounting brackets for different bikes. They're also a little pricey about $300 for the tallest but, again, very well made. The trouble here is I've already got about $300 into mine and would have to spend another $300 just to get the tall backrest to marry to my mini-bar brackets.
There are also some aftermarkets on Ebay that are approximately 17" tall with luggage racks around $120-$170 but the word is they're not very sturdy. I'm going on a long ride in the summer and may buy one just to be able to strap more luggage to as opposed to spending a few hundred more on a taller Cobra. Hope this helps.
