Do you have parts you don't need? I'd like to add to my spare parts. I might
never need them so all I ask is be sure they are good-to-use and affordable.

  • Post-Recall version Throttle Position Sensor: 5PX-85885-00-00
  • or New version Throttle Position Sensor: 3P6-85885-00-00

Future Mods
(most parts are on-hand - no rush - and have decisions to make first):
Kuryakyn 2305 Halogen Silver Bullets w/relay (mount location in flux).
Extend handlebar control wires, cover w/chrome tube or stainless braid.
Billet guides to manage handlebar wires, cables, and brake lines.
Show Chrome #81-110 switch box housings (once other polishing done).

R1 cooling fan 14B-12405-00-00 for rear jug cooling (on the shelf); and
. . . N.O. thermal switch w/auto reset (on at 140F) and (off at 116F); and
. . . N.C. overturn switch to disable cooling fan should overturn occur; and
. . . One On-off toggle to disable fan for service work and at other times.
Convert left and right S* scoops to storage bins (see warriorone's bike).
Marine-duty 12V accessory socket out bottom of modified left S* scoop.
Mini-relocation plate for just the sensors and LCV (not coils).

Fiamm AM80S - High Note (500 hz 113dB-A) - sometimes shown as Fiamm AM80S-H (high note)

Behind-the-grille Freightliner horns fitted with TWO slip-on blade-type electrical terminals
opposite from the horn's sound opening so wires are hidden when mounted. This same part#
also comes with other electrical connections, check for the two spades opposite the opening.
Mounting brackets need modification depending on where fitted, not a direct swap-in.

Other Possible Future Mods:
Upgrade and relocate both horns w/relay.
260/260 kit w/8.5" rim, new bearings (hope Avon makes a 260mm Storm Ultra2).
Custom paint, hope to convince Gav to help with design.
Buy another Low and Mean cowling to paint with tins.

Items Removed:
Sept08 K&N undertank and S*Scoop air filters (went to Woody's VBAK).
Sept09 VBak style sensor relocation plate (went to smaller plate).
June07 Clearview GT20 Windscreen (wind buffeting problems).

To get your Bike Tab info, go here:

Browse as if in old Forum to your Profile, Bike Tab, then Copy/Paste into a new thread you open in The Welcome Mat (title yours like mine) and save. I will assemble all comers into a spot. We can then insert one link into our signature area pointing to our own Bike Tab info (plus we can add what ever other url links we want so others can find the 'Best-Of' your stuff.

When link opens, notice SITE MAP is highlighted. Look below that. Scroll to year-blocks and touch 2019 (ignore why, its simpler). Notice a one-color circle appears below. Touch/Click once on that circle. Then wait patiently until old forum page appears. Then gently browse. Its easier to find one of your posts and click your name as usual to jump to your profile. Touch your Bike Tab.

Highlight manually (drag the bubbles) because using copy-all highlights the entire screen. Copy. Immediately paste it someplace (I pasted it into this waiting-and-open new thread on this new forum).

Then go back to old and gently browse to your old sigpic text if wanted. Copy paste too.

The archive software is desceptively simple but it does not often display an indicator it is doing anything. Be patient. Example: click that circle image once then wait. It took about 2 minutes for my phone to open the forum page.

My Service Manual Notes
Updated May 2021

Note: the 2011 version still on rswarriordocs is very outdated but Rob doesn't update that server anymore so I cannot remove it. Subsequent versions fixed errors and updated with modern findings and products. This is the freshest.

A combined help document including setting up the Warrior for tuning, service manual notes, coils and air sensors, oil filters, belt tension, and other often-requested information in one pdf. It's housed in the Documentation forum, and inserted here too.

NOTE: the bare Warrior frame scale weight is now verified on a UPS scale. Its 49.9 lbs including box and packing. My guess is 45 lbs.
