I'm out riding and the warrior started to sputter and lose power...
Some back firing and rough running

No engine codes or check engine light on.

I'm on the road trying to limp the warrior home

Make sure the front plug wires are connected on the spark plugs all the way.

Since one pipe is hot and the other just warm, Fuel or spark seems like the issue.

Fuel-
Loose ground for the fuel tuner.
Loose fuel injector connector from the fuel tuner.
Clogged fuel injector.

Spark-
Loose battery connections.
loose spark plug wires on the spark plugs.
Loose coil connector feed wires.
Bad spark plug.

had the exact same symptoms on my previous bike a couple of times... both times one of the ignition coils was busted and had to be replaced..
so 1st thing i'd check is if all plugs will spark.

As stated check the primary coil wires they face front & collect moisture. Pull each female spade connector & crimp it a bit for a tight connection. Do one @ a time the coils are polarity sensitive. If you mix them up look inside the coil towers they are marked + & -
key on power wire goes on the + terminal.

When starting my bike at a gas station one time my bike popped through the throttle bodies and i did not realize that it blew my rubber caps off the throttle bodies. It would not hardly start and ran like crap, so maybe check under the tank to see if yours may have done the same thing. I can't think of anything else that has not been mentioned.

Check your vacuum hoses.
I lost a plug from a vacuum hose that I used for my carb sync on my 1100.
Same symptoms that you are describing.

One user contacted me for advice. His story aroused suspicion CPS, but only in part. It didn’t even look like the main version. Six months later, he said that the reason was still CPS. Мotorcycle at behaved predictably, but when it warmed up, it started work strange. Substitution CPS corrected the situation. Although the replaced sensor did not seem defective.

I think if there is a visual diagnostic tool, it makes sense to use it by letting the motorcycle warm up. We connect the device, we look, we fix the signal, we go to ride. And when the motorcycle starts to blunt, we return and connect it to the device again to verify the result. Well, or just fix the motorcycle on a stand and let it warm up.

Earlier, I believed that a failed CPS gives consistently incorrect data, you just need to find the problematic rpm range. But the last user message made me look at the problem differently. Now it is also necessary to take into account the temperature. This is a brain explosion!)))

Well I checked all connections, hoses ,
Coil connections n wires , plug wires,
Cobra Tuner , pulled both side covers
And moved , pushed , pulled , on everything that could cause it to run on on cylinder and run like crap..
And can make it duplicate the issue....

Does it only happen when getting off the highway? Maybe starving the fuel pump. Do you have aftermarket dry breaks? Maybe not flowing into the 2nd tank fast enough.
Nevermind your fuel light would probably come on.
