If anyone’s looking to upgrade to some TT style bars, I have a set of Baron Radius 1 1/4-inch bars with the LA Choppers 1 1/2-inch handlebar riser extensions for sale.

Long story short: Bought these new in early June, installed them only to find that I could not get my throttle to snap closed. I tried sanding the interior of the grip and the bar end, but to no avail. I tried three different grips (all 1-inch tubing) and none worked. Each worked on the stock bar, however.

So that’s the caveat. If you’re interested and can get the bar to work for you, awesome! I really liked where they sat with the riser extensions.

What is your height? I want to know if they felt comfortable with a certain height in mind. I'm 6'4" and have a stock set of Yamaha TT bars with 10.5" Pullback. These are only 7.5", but these Radius Bars do have a 1 inch rise over the Yamaha TTs, and with the extensions... idk. Maybe these would be comfortable for me. Let me know your height, it's much appreciated for comparison to Stock.

I’m about 6 feet tall, but I have a longer torso than lower body and I have long arms. The Radius setup was about one inch higher and one inch more in pullback than my ideal stock bars setup. I was looking forward to trying them.

Yeah.. I definitely do have slightly longer legs than I do torso comparatively. If I had a longer reach, I'm sure I wouldn't be having this problem with the TT bars. Idk.

Your bars are 1.25" and the risers 1.5"?

And my guys about the bars is that they were coated chrome on the entirety of the handlebar. So there is a slight mm thickness more compared to Stock/ unpainted 1" bars

Were you able to use stock length cables for with the extensions? I have the same bars but I have been looking at getting extensions. May be interested in just the extensions and the bolts used if you're willing to sell separately.

Yes. The stock cables reached and would have worked fine, but I did take out the cable guide bracket so there was more maneuverability. If you don’t remove the bracket, you have to drill out part of it to allow for the handlebar bolts to fit.

I’d prefer to sell them together but if after some time has passed and they haven’t sold, I’d probably sell the extensions separately.

The riser are pretty affordable new and all you need to do is go to Ace hardware and snag a couple of bolts.
