What brand of heat wrap is that? I wrapped my pipes with a dark black heat wrap and after a week or so of riding it faded to light gray. Hope you aren't having the same problem, but if you are do you have any ideas on how to get it back to black?

You will need to spray the wrap once installed to keep it black and then every 6months to a year depending on how heavy of a coat you use and how often you get it wet and such. You can pick it up at almost any auto parts store and it is usually pretty cheap on e-bay.

That's actually AFTER then BEFORE right? You just got the tank painted, so I'm hoping the top pic is how it looks today. I like it, and I bet its only the beginning!

Thanks! Just got done spraying them with the sealant, it makes a huge difference. They look perfect.

Well it's obvious you're proud of it with this being your third topic startedin aweek to show it off so that'sgood. It's not my style but I'm glad it's floating your boat! I like the paint better then the plain midnight black for sure.
