How much does the rider weigh? That has ALOT to do on a bike. He must be one he11 of a rider. That is a good 60' time. The 60' makes all the difference in a drag race.

That's a full second better than mine, but I have a stock motor with intake mods and PCIII only. My 60ft. was like 1.801 or something. I have only ran it three times and best was my third. Times in my sig.

Hey, Terry, Craig, we need to get together and run em at the strip some time!

I didn't get very good #'s for my stock setup, according to the factory, and I worked at it.
But the factory probably had a 90lb. ninja diong the tests and I weigh 200+.

I'd bet Jay(ProStreetWarrior) would run low 11's easy on my bike, and if I got the quickshift, a slick and bored throttle bodies we'd see 10's.

Red Horse and I made it to LACR (Palmdale, CA) to play and have fun...my first time draggin my bike legally. I wasn't too happy with my driving, and he wasn't too pleased with his fuel map, but we had fun..BTW-the harley that was competing with us broke (leaking oil) before the elimination started. I'm 169 and he's 226. The first run was against a hayabusa...

The 1/8th mile times look like you might both have had some wheel-spin, (even the Busa had some unusual numbers) but it looks like y'all had plenty of chances for runs... I like that your track opens so early, too.

no, he ran a 12.6--and it was the first run of the day...still getting a feel for the track and the bike...I ran 14 on that one..neither of us did well....but all I saw were taillights. was excited enough that I had bad rt, and screwed up every shift...but at the end of the day, I made it into 12s and went away happy.

I took mine to the track tonight for the first time. I was going to wait until I got the new tire because the one on it has a flat spot all the way around in the middle, but I gave in to peer pressure. The first run I reved it up a bit to high and pulled a pretty good wheelie. The second run I let it go from somewhere between 1500 and 2000rpm I think. The bike has jug huggers and a PR air kit.

1st run:
60' 1.924
330 5.441
1/8 8.402
mph 82.66
1000 10.995
1/4 13.206
mph 100.63

2nd run:
60' 1.867
330 5.221
1/8 8.078
mph 86.01
1/4 12.797
mph 102.38

I don't know if that is good or bad for the bike but it was the first and second time I have ever ran it at the track and it went faster than anything else I have ever owned. Was a **** of a lot of fun too.

I also weighed the bike. It went 825-830 with me on it and 630 with out me. The scale is made for cars and goes in 5# incraments so I don't know how accurate it is for bikes but I bet it is pretty close.

Chad, did you mean your first time or just the first time at that particular track?... 'cause those are some really good times for a first run with the stock motor and that tire. You're reaction time and 60' will only get better. **** good work, Boss.
(Love the wheels you got, by the way. Makes that Indigo really look evil.)
