Hi guys just spit balling here does updating my coils help in anyway? Or are the Yamaha coils just as good, what would be my best choice if I decide to make the change

I noticed the Dyna DC2-1 ignition coils smoothed my idle and pretty much everything else. They have been in there for years with zero maintenance. The materials list is inside my data sheet, which is still in the welcome mat forum. Scroll to the top of post#1. I used stainless button heads to mount the coils and terminals to avoid sparking against the mount bracket. Once installed they are more bullet proof than stock.

Yep. Mine are in the mentioned materials list but there's a wide array out there.
