Ahhhh, The calm before the storm!

 

I suppose we ought to start planning the ride down. I am almost 100% on leaving my place on Wednesday, and can meet up with whoever is riding down on Thursday, whenever and wherever a bunch of us Michigan guys are going to meet up. I think that meeting up last year in Monroe worked out pretty good. Anyone else have other ideas?

I just got a F#$%ing jury duty notice.I have to be there on the 25th.I'll tell them I can't do it because I have to go to Bo's bash.Maybe the judge will understand and let me off the jury duty hook.I could use the 15 dollars a day though.This sux.

If it is anything like every time I have been called to jury duty, you will be in and out the same day. If it gets to the point where it looks like you may have stay a while, just announce loudly how in favor you are of the death penalty, and feel that it should be doled out for even misdemeanors.[/emoticons/emotion-2.gif]

 

I have had Jury duty 4 times before I was 28years old. My last time, I just, OOPPS for got to go in, LOL. I heard about it from everyone when they heard I skipped out. I didn't get in any trouble, but could have. Hey, I figured I payed my dues the first three times in 4 years, not to many have had jury duty their whole life time.

 

I'll see what I can do about jury duty. I also have a speeding tic from the Dragon that has a court date of the 28th.I was planning on just paying the ticket and heading north.

 

Just about 8 more days and all of my heads should be in today. Let the assembly begin. I should be on the road tomorrow. It will be a long night.
