I think Bo's bike is basically back on the rode now. Except that he fell behind in doing his winter mods because his bike was at the dealership all winter. Better get them mods rolling Bo....winters almost over.

 

Jon it's back together. Hope to pick it up Sat or first of the week. Dealer doesn't want to give it back because it's supper lean right now They have been wanting to ride it but won't ride it because it's lean. So I need to get it home and get my PC3 on and get a good map in there. Then I have some mods to do. Then get it Dyno'd. Jon you got your's done at mpsracing right. (Place Mark told you about).

Bo, I just got it put back together last week end, still need to get the nitrous bottle filled. I'm going to try and get it to MSP next week. Going to head your way for a quick ride when this weather brakes and some of the salt gets off the roads.

 

Cool let me know. My bike might be in pieces, when I try to figure out this AIS, Air Kit, PC3 mess. Guess I need to get into the roofing business, so I can get some Nitrous.[/emoticons/emotion-4.gif]

Bo the air kit, PC3 and AIS is an easy job. Only takes about half a bottle of wine... ha ha ha KIDDING!!!

 

Manager said my bike will be done today. But he leaves at 4:30 Mon & Tues so Weds is the soonest I can get it.

Man, I just got back from Florida(Disney), and I am so wanting to get my bike out.... Seeing all those bikes riding around got me so jelous. I wish that I could have done some mods this winter, but it has been a tough one for me. I am still going to the bash for sure though. You all, may have to wait for me as you will probably be leavin me in the dust.... I feel bad for her,,, she's been sittin out there in that cold cold garage all winter waiting for me to do something to her, and I have let the whole season go by.

I tell ya, those Florida boys have it made... COMON WARM WEATHER!!!

 

HEy fellas, Keep this in mind, I just bought a time share at WEST GATE RESORTS in Orlando about a mile from Disney. It may come in handy as I can sleep 8 people in my two bedroom, two bath, two kitchen, two laundry condo. It says 8, but I am sure more could sleep there. I can trade also, or book at other West Gate resorts, all over the US, or even the world, and I get first dibs on everything because I own at the #1 most booked resort in the world.

Like I said, keep it in mind for maybe next year at Bike Week time in Daytona. Us Northerners could have a nice SECURE place to stay and keep our bikes at night.... FOR CHEAP!!!!! I could even book like three different resorts to travel between from Orlando(Kissemee) down to the Keys or what ever....

 

Stan I would be in for something like that. I plan to stay in Orlando area next time I go to Bike Week. So much cheaper then Daytona. And **** YA I will be in for driving to Key West. That is the number one goal I have is to ride to the Keys #2 is ride out West.
I'm planning on Bike Week being my only bike trip next year depending on where StarDays is.

 

I would love to do a trip like that. I wanted to go to Bike Week next year anyway, and was planning on staying around Orlando, at least for a few days. I def. want to go to Daytona, cause I have never been there. If this trip comes together, you can pretty much count me in.

Also, not that I would ever want to do this, I have a big four place enclosed snowmobile trailer we could use to escape the great white north. I got a buddy in North Carolina where we could stash the trailer, and ride from there. I know, I know, I know, Warriors are allergic to trailers, but I hate riding my bike through blizzards.

 

I got a new phone this past weekend (same number if you have it) it's got a countdown feature.

125 days, 16 hours, 5 minutes till I leave for your house Bo. Leave the light on for me.

 

I don't have an enclosed trailer as of yet, but I do have an F250 Superduty Crew Cab that would do the job. I don't mind driving down to Orlando, just for the insurance of a rolling toolbox and emergency tow vihicle. Besides, when I drove down last week it didn't reach temps above 32f til past Atlanta and snowed all the way to that point. Bisides riding without all the gear strapped on the bike makes the ride much more enjoyable. Ok, who wants to ride in slush and snow? Sorry, my bike doesn't like roadsalt. Salt on the beach is ok!

It's alittle cool this time of year but will be nice and warm by the time you need it.

 

I am up for going a day early.... Anything for an extra long weekend!!!! I just hope that it doesn't friggin rain...

 

I'm gonna try and take off that Friday, so I hope to leave early Friday morn or Thurs night, depends on my fellow travelers.

 

I probabily would like to leave early friday morning or thursday night as well. As long as I have a motor in my bike...[/emoticons/emotion-6.gif]

That's the best idea, I've heard yet. I'm gonna figure out a way to strap my old stock cannon to my gear and bring it down. In fact wouldn't be great to shoot up a hole bunch of them, take a pic and send it to Yamaha. You know to give em some feedback on their choice of exhaust. [/emoticons/emotion-2.gif]

 

You should put a post up in the wanted section for stock cannons for this purpose. Have them sent to bo's house. I'll bring the weapons and ammo.

Sounds like a plan, as long as Shizznizzle and possible Faustus are good with Thursday night. If not, you are welcome to come to my place thursday and spend the night and head out in the am. My sofa's pretty comfortable, ask Bo.
