Recently bought a 2003 Warrior for my wife. It came with some short and even Bub pipes but I'm not sure what the actual model of them is. The bike has a stock airbox. I thought it had a PCMIII but unfortunately it has the lame little Cobra FI thing. I've never used one and their website is in German only for some reason. My German is not that bad but not good enough to read mechanical instructions and navigate websites. Her bike will be getting a PCMII shortly but in the mean time it's riding season......
The bike has some decent and consistant popping at off throttle after accelleration. I've tried researching using the internet and some searching on here. Most of the Cobra Fi posts revolve around how no one likes it. I agree but it's on there for the time being. Anyone have any idea what each pot sets? Is one for idle/one accelator pump/one high rpm? Anyone have some guess-timates for it?
Thanks for your time. I've mostly owned Hondas for the last few years but have no prefference in brand. I just liked their bikes. She likes the Warrior, so that's what she got. Don't hate me for not being an "exclusively Yamaha" kind of guy. My first bike was a 1974 or 1975 DT400 enduro style bike. I also owned a 1992 VMax for a while. Once again, thanks for any help you can give.
