Hi, guys! Long time lurker, first time poster. After months of indecision, I have finally decided to buy an '06 Midnight, and am currently in negotiations with several dealers to try to get the best deal. One thing I may try to see if a dealer will do for me is to give me some accessories at dealer cost as a part of the bargain.

I know I want the lower cowl, and I like the looks of the bike w/the tach cowl (not the mini fairing), but will the plastic tach cowl interfere w/the fit of the Boulevard shield, which I also want?

Thanks in advance for any help. This is one I tried searching for, but couldn't find an answer.

An old girlfriend said Aussie bikes were slower only because Australia is in the southern hemisphere and rotates the other direction . . . the more interesting part is she would have still been a keeper if she had just shown greater earnings potential!
