Yes it is.
You'll want to do a proper install here so the previous failure doesn't reoccur going forward.

FWIW, the 31T front pulley will put more stress on the final drive components of the Warrior :)

Found the old conical washer and put that on, things look much better now. I still need to torque it down and dimple the nut then hopefully all should be good.

How did u cut out the center out of the pulley cover ?.?

Thank you. I used a 4 1/4" hole saw on a drill press and slowly cut it out then sanded the heck out of it and finished it with the buffing wheel and white rouge.
