It's just a Cobra s/o with the stock head pipes. It's still a good deal. I bought a new one off of eBay with a small ding in it for $41 shipped. Sounds great when on the throttle.

That's a great deal just as a backup or something even. I would imagine it cost them that much just to ship it to you.
