Code 11 - No normal signals are received from the cylinder identification sensor.

Code 15 - Throttle position sensor - open or short circuit detected.

Code 30 - The motorcycle has overturned.

Sounds like you have an electrical problem. Make sure your battery's ground cable is connected, and tight! Also check to make sure your fuses are firmly seated, as well as the ECU main wiring harness. Looks like you've done a few mods, so anything's possible. Maybe pulling the tank and giving all the BAK related sensor relocate connections a good once over is in order...

 

are those the bars with internal wiring i see? If so, you might want to check those too. some have had probs with control wires shorting out.

 

You got a gremlin on the loose! Sounds like a short, but not in the headlight shell, you're internal bars wiring shouldn't have caused all this.

 

have not done internal wiring yet ,I've been up all night checking connections e.t.c...

 

That sucks. I would check all areas where you have touched the cabling and make sure none of it is rubbing against the engine or any sharp edges.

Took it out this morning and it shut-off again, still searching codes 11-15-30 ?

 

Ok- see if you can find a wiring diagram, sounds like the reference voltage feed is shorting out , or the ground is loose. You need to find out what these sensors share in common (and what conditions are needed to set the codes/what sensors are involved). The fact that 3 codes are setting at once is telling me the odds on 3 sensors failing simultaniously are pretty high. I would start by doing a visual inspection of all the wiring harnesses (paying particular attention to the areas where modifactions were done/ recent work performed).

 

I think im going to unhook the pc3 and see if i might have one thats gone bad , I just dont think a sensor would cause it to shut down. whats a reference voltage feed? I have eliminated code#30(bike has over turned)it sounds like an injector problem?????

 

Just a shot in the dark but have you in recent history disconnected the ECU?
It almost sounds like you've got a pushed pin or two. Is it possible that when doing an ECU reprogram you forgot to reset the white bars and then when the ECU got plugged back in some one or more of the pins pushed out?
