Recently picked up another computer, and when I log on to this site, the page displays, but with no background color, just white, and I have little folders displayed next to topics and posts in a drop down tree fashion, Ive tried everything I know to get it to display correctly, anyone have any ideas?

Its because its browsing the site with Windows Explorer rather than Internet Explorer. What version of Windows and Internet Explorer does the PC have?

Its XP Home, the computer is only about a year old, it was my Mom's, I didnt really pay attention to the browser, but im pretty sure its Internet explorer.
