Picked up my '04 Warrior two weeks ago, and put the 600 miles of breaking on the bike in no time. Planning to change fluids this week.

Went ahead a bought Churchkey's BAK - looking forward to the install. I do plug the kit for the directions and parts used, but I have not installed it yet to speak on performance. I will increase my ECU to run a bit richer after Churchkey's BAK install, and watch plug color. I will post about the BAK performance after I install – So far, it has been a good experience with Woody.

By reading the site, I understood that a dry break would be helpful for removal of the tank with gas in it; Figure that the dry break is put in the hose that fills the reserve tank.

I look at the operators manual, the instruction in removing the tank, Fuel line A and Fuel line B both already have dry breaks. So I am assuming that the dry break goes into one of the two hoses connected to the front of the tank. Would someone be able to tell me in which hose – As I am sitting on the bike, the one on the right or the one on the left?

Since I would have the tank off to start mods, I decided to get a Krank Vent also. Looking for any information to where the Krank Vent is located to replace with the one I got.

Maybe both of these questions will be answered as soon as I remove the Tank and look around, Just trying to get as much knowledge as I can before I start.

The first dry-break is behind the left side scoop. Once the scoop is off it will be in plain sight. The second is under the seat, going into the top of the reserve tank.

the crank vent line is on top of the back cylinder... its a hose that goes from the cylinder to the air box. Its pretty obvious. you can find some pictures on here im sure. do a search for krank vent. Also i suggest getting a long hose and venting it down the side of the bike (right side). It puts out a good amount of junk and will make a mess if you just vent it to a K&N filter on top of the engine.
